Our Jersey Cow
She was very malnourished when we found her. I was looking for a sweet dairy cow that wanted to be by herself. I went with a friend several times to look at Honey to make sure she was going to be a good fit for the farm and we just couldn’t leave her there. Honey ended up having a calf shortly after the arrangement was made to buy her and she continued to struggle with gaining weight. With our Vet’s help, we finally got Honey back on track and she is now a healthy and happy girl. We are hoping for her to have another beef cross calf for us this fall.
